Haandarbejdets Fremme - The Danish Handcraft Guild is an organisation which was established in 1928 to preserve the tradition of Danish embroidery. The Danish Flower thread was created for one of their popular designers, Gerda Bengtsson - every time she needed a new colour or shade of thread, one was created for her.

This is a gorgeous cushion cover of two swans together in friendship. Design is by Tine Wessel and measures approx 40 x 40 cm.

The kit includes:

  • 26 count natural linen

  • Danish Flower Thread which is 100% cotton and colour fast - made in Denmark

  • Needle

  • Instructions and chart
